Cancellation Policy

The Hoop LAB Gold Coast requires 50% payment if the booking is canceled after 8PM (AEST) the night prior to the session booked. If you are required to cancel a session please contact your Coach or send The Hoop LAB Gold Coast a message admin@thehooplab.com.au.
